Can anyone tell me where the fuse/fuse box is located for the horn on a 95 Chevy 1500?

there are two fuse boxes, one is at the driver's end of the dash and one is on the driver's side under the hood, near the master cylinder. I'd guess the horn fuse is in the dash fuse panel.
