Hello, Dave here, contributing to RepairPal and providing expert advice since 2010. Well, you sure have tried to fix it by replacing all those components! Either there is insufficient fuel pressure, no ignition spark, an air intake problem or I suppose there could be an internal engine compression issue. That would have to be pretty substantial to prevent starting of any kind. Can you confirm spark at the ignition wires? Have you checked fuel pressure with a manual gauge - cranking and key on, engine off? What was the pressure reading? Did it hold steady? Can you confirm that the cold engine is not getting a bunch of unexpected air flow to the intake manifold? Have you done a base engine compression test? Have you verified all fuses - including any maxi-fuses under the hood - are intact and not blown? A bunch of places to inspect; with a consistent no-start situation should not be too difficult to find the ultimate cause.
