What is your question?

Part by part I have replaced everything on the a/c system except the evaporator, after all pieces replaced including the clutch fan "new", I evac/recharged,oil per mfg.requirements and I still have excessive high side pressure enough to pop the relief valve on back of compressor and at times almost stops enough to make the serpt slip (burn smoke)....tried everything short of replacing evaporator?...

Does 'all pieces' include the orifice tube? It's in the high side line under the hood. They get plugged and are easy to replace.

orifice tube is new,came with the new condenser,has second new compressor,accumulator,lines solvent flushed,evaporator is the only OEM piece remaining, oil, freon filled to spec, still "very" excessive high side pressure 300psi+ steady needle....low side 25-35psi..needle fluxuation..
