starts only when i step on the gas

What is your question?

it wont start till i step on gas pedal and it sounds good but as soon as i start to let go of the gas it turns off like when the battery dies. i know is not the battery, starter, alternator or connections they are all new it has spark the distributer is also new and the spark plug cables are new too. please help i dont know what ells to do and dont have the money to take it to a shop or to buy another car thanks.

Your concern seems to be related to air intake or fuel delivery. Usually when you floor the gas pedal when trying to start, it's stopping fuel delivery. I would maybe focus on air intake, as you might be getting restricted air flow causing stalling.
