engine not starting

it will turn over but wont fire and there is no spark . playin with the fuses under the steering wheel and the doors unlocked and locked then i turned the key and it fired the truck up but after shutting the engine off it wouldn fire again so dont know if it was a coincidence or if there is a short some where that is stopping the engine from statring . have had proplems with blowing the ECM fuse
