Turned off truck and removed key. Hear a relay clicking on and off. No restart.

What is your question?

Ashtray and glove box lites blink with relay. There is a small blue LED on lite switch panel blinks 3x or 5x. When try to restart dashboard, lites blink. Starter does not engage. Stranded need help please.

Do the lights blink fast when trying to restart? If they do, suspect battery.

I don't know. The strong sound is coming from under the dashboard. I've felt around to feel the relay clicking. Can't find it. Do you know what the LED on the lite control panel is? It only started blinking when this problem came.

Try looking behind the driver kick panel for the relay. Sorry can help you with the light, if you happen to have the owners manual it will say it there
