Transmission shifting up and down erratically

What is your question?

When I am driving down the road anywhere above 20 mph, the transmission starts shifting up and down, and some times seems to lock in a higher gear and won't down shift.

had same problem you can try putting it in drive not over drive until you get to speed or in town stick to drive
