dropped easy out into into cylinder,any way to get it out

was removing broken spark plug,had all-3 plugs out -walked away and when i came back,i put the easy out in wrong cylinder and it fell in inside.this is a 1991 chevy 4.3l and the easy out is in #3 cylinder.#1 cylinder is at TDC.hope you can give me a solution with out removing head. From a dump ass. Ron C.
