How do i get the clip off that attaches to the break pedal? I can't quite see or reach in there to understand how it comes off. Also how do I get the upper right nut off, there does not seem to be any room to get a tool in there?

Once all nuts have been removed it may be possible to tilt booster and access locking clip. A small tip screwdriver or a pick can be used to remove licking clip.
