i keep getting reduced engine power on my avalanche have changed several parts

list of parts changed throttle control accuater, battery, tps, fuses, i also pinged all wireing harness going from each sensor and all checked out, parts that i have not replaced are the gas pedal sensor and the actuall throttle body its self but that also checked out fine, i also have instrument pannel issuse and a driver door that just quit working all together so i dont know if i have a major ground issuse (put all new grounds in so i dont believe it is that) or what it could be the code reads LOST COMM WITH THROTTLE MODULE not sure what this is not alot of information out about wiring on these trucks so if anyone has any idea what my next step would be please advise thank you
