The cluster stays that way, I have changed thermostat, flushed out the radiator, also unhooked the battery cable to let it reset but it went right to say it is over heating, the heat needle is as far as it will go on the hot side, the oil gauge says it is at 90 lbs. pressure but the oil is fine. Do I need to change the cluster.

Hello, to check for recalls, I would recommend contacting your local Chevrolet dealership, and provide them with your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN). It is probable that there is something wrong that needs repaired, but as far as whether it is a "recall" or not - check with your dealership. Testing is required to find out why you are experiencing problems with the cluster - it could be a wiring issue, a cluster issue, or even each individual item -- cooling and oil pressure -- could have an issue.
