The truck was running fine all that day. Stop and filled the tank and made two or stops and the engine cranks over but truck never started up.

Hello, If you are certain the fuel pump is not turning on, there are 4 things to consider, and only three of them are likely. 1. The fuel pump fuse is bad 2. the fuel pump relay is bad 3. the fuel pump has failed 4. the wiring harness for the fuel pump has a fault Of course, secret answer 5 is that security has immobilized the vehicle, but if I remember correctly the ignition system is immobilized, not the fuel system on that vehicle. Checking those issues in order will diagnose a failed fuel pump.
