Fix or bypass security system car won't start after setting up overnight........

Battery going daed after week or 2 but I put hold new battery in and my dashboard lights ain’t coming on. There is no sound when you open the door when those ain’t going down but the locks work cigarette lighter works in the middle Consol but not in the radio radio doesn’t come on nothing besides the top the lights where the seatbelt signs are and airbags. One headlight on the driver side brake lights work, but passenger blinker comes on, but not the driver blinker. The driver headlight comes on, but not the passenger headlight. There’s power going to the battery, but it just no crank or start. No lights on my dashboard. Nothing my dashboard lights don’t come on. I can’t see the speedometer. I don’t know what it is. Please help me.
