rear camera distorted image

What is your question?

Wifes car was rear ended. Repair shop replaced rear view camera but the image is now a fish eye type image rather than the full screen view. Had Cadillac dealer look at it but they could not determine why the image had changed. They said the part number was the oem part number for that model.

What makes this problem better or worse?
