cadillac CUE system frozen

My wife's 2015 cadillac XTS had a dead battery, had AAA come out and replace the battery. after the batter change , the CUE system seemed to be frozen, will not respond to touch, was working perfectly before battery change out. Any suggestions?

What makes this problem better or worse?

After battery ex change by AAA.
