"Steering assist is reduced drive with care" may indicate a problem with the power steering electronic components. Are you experiencing any notchiness or stiffness in the steering? It may be an issue with the power steering motor. Also, it being a 2019, there's a possibility it's still under the manufacturer's warranty.
