Sunroof water intrusion cause motor to fail

What is your question?

sunroof drain tubes clogged in a particularly heavy rain caused water to enter the cabin in both front and back...rain water collected in "tub" below rear cargo area and damage the lift gate module but also after that diagnostic my sunroof would not open so ut went back for a second diagnosis and now sunroof motor needs to be replaced!!!...beyond annoyed!! Sunroof worked fine the day it went in for first diagnosis...

What makes this problem better or worse?
