I have an occasional beep and my touch screen radio is getting hard to change and adjust. Everything is working but hard to get from one thing to another with the touch screen. It has the back up screen, you adjust radio, AC, navigation etc through it and hard to do.
How long has your 2014 Cadillac SRX had this problem?

This could be a faulty screen or radio unit as a whole. Unless there is a sensitivity setting there isn't anything you can do but replace the unit. I suggest bringing it to a shop for a diagnosis to be sure. Use this link to find a shop near you. https://repairpal.com/repair-shops Alex
