What is your question?
The center console navigation system in the dash lights up but does not respond to commands. The steering wheel button controlling the radio work, but nothing else on the dash works, not even the cd player.
How long has your 2014 Cadillac SRX had this problem?

Hi - Dave here, contributing to RepairPal and providing expert advice since 2010. Unfortunately, seems like a infotainment unit issue. Hands on testing is needed, but if it's not responsive, there's not much you can do.
