Removing factory HID headlights and replacing with led headlight. Who sells kit?

Shopping for hid conversion kit to install led headlights. Condensation has formed in both of the original (factory) hid xenon headlights.passenger side low beam doesn't work. I am aware that this is quite common defect with this model; Unfortunately, G.M. has yet to recall, after years and thousands of customers complaints.☹️

What makes this problem better or worse?
