Why does service rear end light come on

What is your question?

Starting the car up and going approximately 10 miles the light comes on "service rear end". I had the rear end oil changed and it continues to do it.

What makes this problem better or worse?

It only comes on when we leave home each day

How long has your 2012 Cadillac SRX had this problem?

Been doing this since approximately 80,000 miles. Now has 84000 miles

Hello, sounds like "Service rear end" may be an indicator that comes on suggesting a concern noted. If it's just maintenance, you may have to reset the indicator.
