Where is water coming from? When we have rain storms.

This kind of concern is difficult to diagnose and requires hands on testing and water leak testing. The two most common places that water enters the vehicle in my experience are: 1) A moonroof that has plugged drain tubes, allowing water to bypass and leak into the vehicle. 2) The seals of a windshield that has been replaced sometime in the past are not sufficient and allow water to leak in around the windshield. You could also have an air conditioning system evaporator drain tube leak into the vehicle, but since you're stating the concern happens when you have rain storms, I don't lean towards that as a most likely cause.
