Rear vents are not putting out air.

First make sure that there are no disconnect air ducts under the dashboard or center console. The next thing that should be checked is that there are no codes in the body module that can prevent air from coming out of the rear vents. Check the mode doors, door actuator motor and wiring since you stated you check fuses.
