What is your question?
The Driver front door panel is not in one whole together piece, the armrest mid panel is only connected in a small area closest to the door hinges. I have disconnected the three Release cables from the door accessory switch panel, then also disconnected another Electrical connector below the mid arm rest area, and of course I removed the two screws behind the plate in the door handle area. All retainers going around the door trim have been removed and released except the area that I first expressed where a fastener screw that’s directly below the door handle and top mid of the switch mount plate is not detaching and releasing. therefore, does that fastener screw need to be removed? Also, I have not removed the trim plate around the chrome door knob handle. I read that one or the other needs to be removed to totally release and remove the driver door panel off by lifting up and over the lock pin. And then disconnecting the electrical yellow ball connector line

The easy answer to your question is - remove all noticable fasteners. And then there may be some that are not noticable. The funny part is - no workshop manual addresses where the fasteners are. You would think they would, but they do not. So technicians are left to figure it out first hand, as you are. Be careful not to pry or force anything - you'll break something. And that's no good!
