Back right led tail light wont work but all other lights in assembly work.

My back right led tail light on my 2006 cadilac won't come on but all other lights in the assembly do come on. The assembly works fine until I plug it up to my car. I checked all fuses already. Should I change out my turn signal at the steering wheel?
