I put the wrong octane gas in my 2005 Cadillac srx,and engine is knocking

What is your question?

added 87 octane for about 2 months and now I hear this knocking noise from my engine. What can I do to fix this

Check owner's manual, as I believe Octane #87 (regular unlead) is the proper fuel. Try #91 or #94 premium fuel to see if problem stops. Go to dealer and have them check the ECM.
