This e-mail is regards to my 2013 Cadillac Escalade EXT with 53,014 miles. I had it in at my deale several times trying to determine why this truck bumps, thumps, jerks or improper shifting while driving very slowly and let off the accelerator at 15mph. The tech say it “normal” for it to do that. I’m not completely satisfied. I want a second opinion. I personally don’t feel this bumps, thumps, jerks or improper shifting into gear is normal. If it’s normal, why are there a notices stating this to the owners. Better yet, why no recalls. I’m sure there has been many calls regarding this issue on these 2013 Cadillac Escalade EXT’s. I’m I the only one with this issue?This is where I need your support and assistance concerning my second opinion.
