What is your question?

i bought my truck new and within the first year the 6 changer cd stopped working cannot get the cds out, and about 1 year ago the top cd player stop working and dont know what is wrong with either, i read online that there was a recall on both but when i contacted the dealer they said no. i wanted to replace it with the original and the damn thing cost like $500
