Reduced engine power and service stability sensor comes on how to fix?

What is your question?

The service stability sensor comes on and I can press the gas but it won't go but only 5mph that's when the reduced engine power shows up. Now every time I start my truck I never know what to expect and the battery is so low I almost have to jump it every time I turn on my truck

What makes this problem better or worse?

It's worse if I'm on a slant or incline
