No power on each item above. Tried to replace the Intrument Fuse for RDO1 - Audio System & IGN3 / Under HOOD fuses - CIGAR. Keeps popin. Is there like Relay Switch-Resistor or a Something that Regulates Power to these items before it hits the fuse.
