What is your question?
when i start my truck, it makes a noise similar to power steering whining. while driving on the freeway it stop changing gears and losing power. now it will not go into drive, reverse, or neutral. the fluid level is good but smells like burnt rubber. i got an engine oil change the same day at the dealership and possible leaks of any kind was ruled out. what can be the issue??

Hello, highly doubt the concern is related to any recent servicing. Also, the whine noise could have been internal transmission whine from a bearing or gear operation. If the transmission fluid smells burnt, then it probably is -- likely due to internal clutch material burning. Sounds like you'll need a repair shop or a transmission shop near you to weigh in. www.repairpal.com/repair-shops
