Starter doesn’t want to fire have to Keep trying and eventually will turn over, replaced starter same problem.

The starter starts 1 time next time makes dragging sound, turn key again and it fires right up. Turn car off and want start again. Replaced starter and same problem. Cadillac has 196,000 miles and has no other problems. Drives great. Car has only been serviced by Cadillac.
