Where is the OBDII port.

What is your question?

The dealer had preinstalled a ELO GPS on the car. I am trying to uninstall it as it is interfering with the My Cadillac app diagnostics, it is supposed to be hooked up to the OBDII port. I went online but where it shows it to be it's not hooked up to it there. Any ideas as to where else it may be? Thank You, Ralph Eme

Hello, the OBDII port is under the dash. Left, right, center -- it's under the dash somewhere. It could be that the GPS device is wired in, but not at the data link OBD II port itself. Use this link to find some shops near you that can help with your concern: www.repairpal.com/repair-shops

Thank you Dave. I looked under the dash drivers and passenger side the trunk and hood I can't find it. They really must not want it found. I'll try some repair shops on the link you sent. Ralph
