Hi - Dave here, contributing to RepairPal and providing expert advice since 2010. Help me understand why a 2025 Cadillac CT5 needs to have a "spark plug cable" replaced for "scheduled maintenance"? I'm asking what problem you are experiencing. I'm also asking how many miles your Cadillac has, as the warranty from the factory is up to 50,000 miles.
