Since the volume stopped working after you had your vehicle service by a dealer I recommend reaching out to the dealer to inform them of the newest concern and let them know that this seems to not have been an issue until after the service work performed. Ask if they will take a look to see if this is something they may have caused as well as to check to see what type of repair is needed to resolve this concern. If it was found to be something they may have caused then I recommend asking if they will correct it at no cost to you.
