My 1989 Cadillac brougham will not start, at first it would slow crank like low battery or bad starter. I checked the battery and it holds a strong 12. I change the starter to a new one and the starter stopped receiving power. I then changed out everything electrical that connects the ignition switch to the starter from the steering column, and still no power to the starter. I’ve looked for a bad ground and short but can’t find one nor can I find the correct diagram online. I think I’ve done everything that should have worked. And I have no idea what’s wrong.
