What is your question?
After spend absolutely to much money on this repair. Replaced ,wires, plugs, fuel injectors coils (6). Just replaced ignition control module, with no luck. Can the map sensor cause this misfire. Ck the PVC it was working. My scanner which is decent. We took this car to tires plus $750.00 and my g/f picked it up. Same symptoms. This car has ran flawless for years. This was a sudden fall off of performance. No internal engine noises. This is on a 04 3.8 Buick Park Ave. If someone has any ideas, please help. .
What makes this problem better or worse?
Makes no difference.

Hello, before doing all that work, I would suggest doing a base engine compression test. Check each of the 6 cylinders to determine if the internal cylinder pressure is up to specifications. You may find one has an internal issue that will require internal engine repair. On the other hand, those new components may have a failure - so it's a matter of determining which cylinder is misfiring (any DTC's present?) and then troubleshooting further to determine if a new component has failed. https://repairpal.com/auto-repair-near-me Reach out to local shops for guidance!
