What is your question?
Sometime in 2018 it started as a water trickling sound under hood or dash or underneath car (not sure where sound is coming from exactly). This sound would occur when idling or turning car off. Recently, a month or 2 ago this year (2020) it started to sound like water splashing around, especially while running and after running the air conditioning. About the same time 2 months ago my heater stopped blowing hot (only blows cold air). Side note: I bought this car used in 2018. Also, all interior lights never worked, power windows sometimes do not work, and horn occasionally honks on its own without the horn being touched or bumped while driving the car.

Hello, it sounds like you have multiple concerns that are likely not related to each other, unfortunately. Water sloshing could be evaporator moisture collecting due to a drain tube routing or clogging issue. It could also be air pockets in the cooling system for some unknown reason. The lack of heat can be a temperature blend door issue concern, or an engine cooling system concern. The horn issue can be related to the horn pad, the air bag sliding contact / clock spring or the wiring. The windows and lights can be blown fuses -- check this first, faulty switches, window motors, and so on. Testing is needed. I'd probably suggest finding a tech local to you who can be of reliable and reasonable assistance!
