If your brake light is turning off and on while driving what does that mean as well as when you release ER brake the main headlights turn off but the high beams will come on

Why is my emergency park brake light turning off and on, with the sound of the light licking? when I release the emergency brake. As well as why does my headlights turn off & my high beams turn on? As well as my heat is not working it was working JUST find yesterday. My car has been sitting I can't remember for how long but, went and got my vehicle back yesterday and it was working except the emergency brake light was cutting off and on. no there are no leaks from what I can tell and no noises. Radio lights light up as well but radio CD player deck don't work
What makes this problem better or worse?
The emergency park brake will not turn off completely. It will stay on and turn off as driving. The heat was working yesterday don't pick the car up but. Isn't working now the air isn't working either. But the seat heaters are working the car lights dashboard everything turns on but radio nothing works take that doesn't work CD player doesn't work and the high-beam lights will stay on after wiggle the pattern of the break and the regular lights will go off

After viewing this post, I think your issue is going to be far more serious.
Remove the trim panels under the dashboard, and use a flashlight to look EVERYWHERE. I'm almost certain you will find a mouse nest.
If you see one mouse dropping: mouse nest.
