What is your question?
My 2002 Park Avenue has no known problems; but it has had no repairs in 10 years. I have an oil change each season. It is only used 6 months each year. Are there any recommended maintenance or prevention measures? It has 40,000 miles.

Wow, super low mileage. Check and charge your battery as needed; replace it if it will not hold a load. Transmission fluid should be changed around 30,000 miles. Your engine air filter should be checked and replaced as needed. Brake fluid should be changed every 3 years, as it attracts moisture. Tires should be carefully checked for cracks and dry rot after 5 years, and replaced as needed -- even if there is ample tread thickness. Rubber components like belts and hoses should be carefully inspected and replaced when cracks or swelling appear -- also rubber and subject to dry rot with age. Shock absorbers should be checked for leakage and the ability to maintain tire contact with the road. All fluids, lights, steering, suspension and exhaust components should be inspected visually.
