On my 2002 Park Ave. the horn starts blowing for no apparent reason

What is your question?

I thought it might be the key Fob but none of those are working right now I had a mechanic look at it and he didn’t know what was wrong with it he thinks it’s in the switch in the steering column, the horn blows anytime it wants, whether or not I am in the car or not or driving ??
