Is replacing/ repairing subframe suspension worth it?

I have a 2001 Park Avenue Ultra with the 3500ss motor, with 188,00 origional miles. I kept this vehicle in excellent condition and ran like a top until last week! The subframe had rusted so badly, it broke loose after my daughter hit a deep pot holes! I am sick! Is the repair worth it or is it now just good to part out only? I have pics if you need to see them.
