What are the codes p1602 and p1610 ?what do they mean and can you buy the parts.

I found the definition of the codes but no explanation.Can you buy parts to replace them and maybe fix the problem? It is on a 1999 Buick Park Avenue Supercharged.The service engine soon,traction control and Airbag light comes on now,and these were the codes given to me at Orielly's when they plugged into the car's diagnostic port.
What makes this problem better or worse?

Start by making sure the battery is good and charged. I just don't see a correlation in your fault codes.
Have it tested, make sure it is charged up, clean the terminals in and out, get them back on and tight, and see if you get a difference.
A knock sensor and the body control module both talk to the engine control module, but they do not speak to one another.
