My husband installed a new starter in my 1999 Buick Park Ave. Now my stereo doesn't work and the anti theft device says loc. I was told I need a code to unlock it. Where do I find the code or do I have to take it to the dealer?

This happend on a 98 Lumina I had and yes a dealer had to unlock it. Some dealers are cheaper so call around. It cost about 35-45 dollars out here.
