why are the lights on the right side on?

we changed the light switch the light switch is ok. so where is the location lamp relay? was told to check it but can not find it. would it have anything to do with the Lcm?

I would lean towards troubleshooting in conjunction with the lighting control module, as the controls and functionality are directed through there.
