The power steering fluid sounds low. Where is the refill reservior located?

I've looked all over the passenger side of the engine on the serpine belt, but still can't find the power steering reservior

The power steering fluid reservoir on the L36 and L67 engine is located below the alternator and behind the accessory drive belt on the driver's side toward the rear of the engine.
