Don't start... New battery and starter.. even tried jump start... still don't get anything

Don't even get a noise or a clicking. Had it jumped a while back only took maybe a minute... started right up... drove car home 45 minute drive.. No problem at all... then shut car off..replaced the starter. I already had the new battery and had drove it for a month.
