What is your question?
The car rides smooth once it's moving but you have to hit the gas really hard to get it moving.

If it were a manual transmission I would say a bad clutch, it is most likely an automatic transmission so you may have a transmission problem, an accelerator cable that isn't opening the throttle fully. Perhaps a loss of full fuel pressure or volume.
