That light is followed by a larger lights show the engine has gone to reduced power. The repair shop has replaced fuel injectors, cabin filters based on computer diagnostic readings. They also made adjustments to computer. Repair last a day or two and then the same lights and problem start again.

Ensure you are utilizing technicians trained and skilled with the BMW product, having high end diagnostic equipment and shop manual access. It sounds like you have spent a great deal of money at this point with no success.
