my 2013 x1 started shifting from drive to park when I stop or slowly idle.

Then one night it wouldn't go into reverse. After holding the drive shaft in reverse and keeping my feet on the brakes and gas we finally got it to go into reverse. It was fine the rest of the way home. Then today, after running fine and parking it, I started it to go home and it wouldn't go in reverse and would only go 1 mph in drive. Once I finally got it home and shut the car off, it started up again but still did the same. My car only has 55k miles
